ACM proposes new wholesale pair bonding rates

Monday 10 April 2017 | 11:31 CET | News
Dutch regulator ACM has proposed prices for KPN to offer VDSL pair bonding. The wholesale service MDF Pair Bonding uses two copper pairs rather than one, effectively doubling the possible speed on the broadband connection. The regulator set prices based on its ULL market decision from 2015 for wholesale unbundled access, and a consultation on the proposal is open for comment until 22 May.
