ACM rejects call to investigate Fox Sports further

The Dutch competition regulator ACM said it will not reopen an investigation into live broadcasts of the Eredivisie football league, rejecting a request from TV providers KPN and CAIW. The ACM  investigated Fox's new licensing model for pay-TV providers in 2016 and concluded that there was no negative impact for the market. Since then almost all the TV providers have included a football channel in their basic package.
