ACM rejects Delta request to intervene in Ziggo wholesale voice dispute

Dutch regulator ACM has declined to intervene in a dispute between Delta and Ziggo over wholesale voice services. The ACM said the services provided by Ziggo to Delta don't fall under any regulation, making it impossible for the watchdog to arbitrate in the dispute.
