ACM releases more details on net neutrality cases

Dutch regulator ACM has published documents on its oversight of net neutrality, following a request from the digital rights group Bits of Freedom. The documents cover its investigation of Wi-Fi serices provider by train operator NS and possible throttling of certain sites or services. The NS adapted its site filtering in order to use a more neutral method of bandwidth management, and the ACM closed the investigation last November.
