ACM report finds enough fixed access options

There are sufficient fixed network access options in the Dutch market, according to a report by Wik Consult for the regulator ACM. Prepared as part of the ACM's latest analysis of the unbundled access market, the report suggests there is no need to open up cable networks to wholesale access. The ACM is expected to present in the autumn its draft decision on the wholesale broadband market.
