ACM says no plan to appeal in T-Mobile net neutrality case

The Dutch regulator ACM announced that it will not appeal the court ruling rejecting its proposed sanctions against T-Mobile Netherlands for net neutrality violations. The ACM said it started the case against T-Mobile in order to get clarity over whether the stronger Dutch legislation on net neutrality applied over the EU rules. The case concerned T-Mobile's offer of zero-rated data for using certain streaming music services, a type of price discrimination forbidden by the Dutch law. However, EU rules do not mention such as ban, and the court ruled that the EU legislation must prevail over
