ACM sends unbundled access decision to EC

Dutch regulator ACM announced that its draft decision on unbundled access has been sent to the European Commission for comment. The EC has four weeks to react, after which the ACM will issue the final decision. The draft decision was first published for consultation last October and ensures that alternative operators such as Tele2 and Online have access to KPN's network. Twelve operators commented in the consultation, including Ziggo, Youca, CAIW, Eurofiber, Tele2, T-Mobile and BCPA. In February, market parties could comment on each others' responses, and the ACM incorporated these comments
