ACM survey finds Dutch consumers understanding mobile prices better

Dutch consumers are finding it easier to understand and compare mobile prices on the market. According to annual research by the regulator ACM, 60 percent of consumers said they could understand the prices and conditions of mobile services. Around 45 percent still find it difficult to compare the different offers from providers; this is less than the same survey in previous years.
