ACM suspends 0900 numbers after misuse

Dutch regulator ACM said it's withdrawn authorisation for 22 0900 numbers at nine companies following misuse of the premium numbers. Several were used for offering expensive forwarding services with minute rates, a practice which is banned. Customers were also charged even when no service was provided.
