ACM threatens call-forwarding services with fines for misleading consumers

The Dutch consumer and telecom regulator ACM has threatened two companies with fines for misleading consumers over their call forwarding services. Cadena XTRA SL and Telemedia Costa Blanca SL each face a fine of EUR 20,000 per week, up to a maximum EUR 500,000 if they do not halt the practices.
