ACM to amend unbundled access decision

Dutch regulator ACM plans to amend the country's unbundled access market decision. The regulator said it has been in touch with the European Commission in the last few weeks over the matter. Brussels started an article 7 procedure against the Dutch market analysis that led to the regulation of KPN and Reggefiber. ACM has analysed the views of the EC and of BEREC and concluded that further justification is indeed necessary. An amended decision will be drawn up over the next few months.
