ACMA consults on telecom customer service commitments rules

The Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) has proposed new rules on telecommunication customer service commitments. Australian operators offering fixed broadband services will be required to publish their customer service commitments and details of their associated performance under new industry rules being proposed by the ACMA.
