ACMA to facilitate access to spectrum for M2M, IoT operators

The Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) has proposed changes to regulatory arrangements, making it easier for operators of M2M and IoT devices to access spectrum. Submissions on the proposed changes close on 26 February.
