Adva, Arcadiz deploy FSP 3000 CloudConnect for KU Leuven

Belgium's Catholic University of Leuven, KU Leuven, has deployed the FSP 3000 CloudConnect system of Adva, to enable 32 Gbps fibre and 100 Gbps Ethernet services. The research and education (R&E) network will be the first in the region to support Gen 6 Fibre Channel technology. The fully redundant infrastructure also leverages Adva's QuadFlex line card and OpenFabric cross-connect, systems aimed to provide maximum flexibility and efficiency in metro data centre interconnect networks. Advan partner Arcadiz Telecom helped install the transport system, and will provide maintenance support going
