Africell formally signs deal for Angola's 4th unified telecom licence

Africell Group has formally signed its agreement for a licence to become Angola's fourth telecommunications operator. The US-owned mobile network operator has more than 12 million customers in four African countries, namely Uganda, Sierra Leone, Gambia and the Democratic Republic of Congo. Africell will start operations in Angola by the end of 2021.
