AINMT completes USD 50 million investment for 30% of Nextel Brazil

NII Holdings announced that AINMT completed its first investment of USD 50 million for a 30 percent stake in mobile operator Nextel Brazil. AINMT has an option, exercisable by 15 November 2017, to invest an additional USD 150 million in Nextel Holdings, which owns Nextel Brazil.
