AINMT gives Ice NOK 500 mln for Norwegian growth, signs Nextel deal with AI Media

Ice Group said it has signed the agreement with AI Media Holdings (Access Industries) for the sale of Ice's 30 percent stake in Nextel Holdings. Ice has received the USD 70 million cash proceeds, and completion of the transaction will take place once the necessary conditions have been satisfied. After receipt of the proceeds, AINMT Holdings has injected NOK 500 million of equity into Ice Group Scandinavia Holdings, in order to fund growth in Norway.
