Air France-KLM CIO reveals mobile, online projects

Air France-KLM plans to supply ground staff with mobile devices, to introduce self-service kiosks at airports and to enable online purchases of ancilliary services, according to executive vice president and chief information officer Jean-Christophe Lalanne. In an interview with Les Echos and PagesJaunes' Café Digital video magazine, he said that both airlines were enhancing their websites for web and mobile devices.
