Airtel Malawi expects population growth to support customer base

Airtel Malawi says its looking closely at the country's demographics to sustain growth of its mobile subscriber base, reports ITWeb. The firm is anticipating suppressed disposable income as economic activity is disrupted by the Covid-19 pandemic, which has so far claimed four lives and infected 438 people. Airtel has approximately 4 million mobile network users.
