Airtel shuts down 3G network in Punjab

Indian mobile operator Bharti Airtel has shut down its 3G network in Punjab. Airtel mobile broadband and HD VoLTE services in Punjab will now be available to customers on the operator's 4G network. Airtel currently offers 4G access on a tri-band spectrum band, which includes 900 Mhz (LTE 900), 1800 Mhz (FD LTE) and 2300 Mhz (TD LTE).
