Airtel Uganda raises some mobile money transaction fees from 13 October

Airtel Uganda will increase tariffs for its mobile money services effective 13 October, Techjaja reported. This will apply to all cash collection accounts or services except pay-TV, government and parastatal accounts. The new tariffs apply to transactions from UGX 2,500 to UGX 250,000, with sums over UGX 250,000 and up to the UGX 5 million transaction cap are not affected.
