Airtel Zambia signs tower collocation deal with Infratel

Airtel Zambia and Infratel have signed a long-term tower colocation agreement that will allow Airtel to lease multiple installation-ready towers across the ten provinces. Infratel CEO Freelance Bwalya said that as Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) continue to transform from being communication service providers to digital service providers, the need for telecom infrastructure sharing is becoming stronger.
