AIS not to participate in upcoming 900MHz spectrum auction

Thai operator Advanced Info Service Public Company (AIS) has decided not to participate in the upcoming 900MHz spectrum auction to be held by the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC). AIS reports it took into consideration the auction terms and conditions, financial and investment evaluation, as well as benefits to its customers. After considering all aspects, the company decided not to participate in this auction.
