Aiton Caldwell introduces customer call analytics service Lead360

Aiton Caldwell, a VoIP operator owning the platform FCN - formerly FreecoNet, and Datera, a brand for contact centre systems, has introduced a customer call analytics service called Lead360, reported Telko.in. The service can help business customers with statistics and evaluating the quality of handling customer calls. Lead360 includes information on whether the customer had found the call centre telephone number on the company's website or via a browser, social media or an advertisement in the press.
