Alabama Wireless, inetwork deliver NG9-1-1 call routing

IP-based 9-1-1 and NG9-1-1 systems provider Inetwork has signed an agreement with the Alabama Wireless 9-1-1 Board to deliver statewide NG9-1-1 call routing services. The inetwork system follows National Emergency Number Association (NENA) recommendations and standards, paving the way for Alabama to support receipt of text messages, videos, photos, and other IP-based requests for emergency assistance.
