Alaska Communications delivers gigabit FWA with Cambium Networks

Cambium Networks announced that Alaska Communications is deploying multi-gigabit 60 GHz cnWave fixed wireless equipment enabled by Terragraph mesh functionality to connect business and residential subscribers. As part of the first phase of the rollout, Alaska Communications is launching service with speeds up to 1 Gbps to 6,500 homes and businesses. It also will continue to offer unlimited data through a tiered product with speed options starting at 100 Mbps.
