Alibaba, Foxconn invest in electric car manufacturer

Chinese electric-vehicle manufacturer Xiaopeng Motors has raised CNY 2.2 billion in a funding round led by Alibaba, Foxconn and IDG Capital. The Series B investment marks Alibaba's first in the car maker market.
