Alibaba targets 1 billion Chinese customers by 2024

Alibaba has unveiled new targets for its e-commerce business in China at an investors day presentation. The company aims to serve over one billion annual active consumers and achieve over CNY 10 trillion in annual gross merchandise volume through its China consumer business by the end of fiscal 2024.
