Allianz buys 75% stake in Austrian fibre network provider for broadband rollout

Allianz said that it has acquired a 75 percent stake in the Niederosterreichische Glasfaserinfrastrukturgesellschaft ("noGIG") for EUR 300 million through its investment arm Allianz Capital Partners (ACP). The transaction is expected to close by year-end.
