Almatel changes ownership

Kazakh company DSFK, controlled by businessman Vladimir Kim, has become the majority shareholder of Russian operator Almatel, reports Comnews.ru. Kim also owns a 80 percent stake in AlmaTel Kazakhstan, which trades under the Alma-TV brand.
