Almost 20% of Dutch own a smart wearable

Almost 20 percent of Dutch consumers own at least one smart wearable. Portable Bluetooth speakers are the most common, followed by fitness trackers, smartwatches and virtual reality headsets, according to research by Telecompaper and Motivaction. The survey in December 2016 found that 18 percent of consumers have Bluetooth speakers, with the most popular the JBL Charge/Flip/GO/Xtreme. Ten percent of consumers said they had a fitness tracker.
