Almost 90% of Dutch households on multi-play plan

The vast majority of Dutch households take at least two services from the same communications/entertainment provider and almost two-thirds take three services, according to a survey by The Phone House among 1,000 consumers. Double-play plans are used by 87 percent of households, and triple-plays (internet, TV and phone) are in 62 percent of homes. While 91 percent of those with a multi-play plan said they were satisfied with their current provider, almost a quarter said they would consider other offers in 2013.
