Alphabet sets up Loon, Wing research projects as separate companies

Alphabet announced that it's making two of its experimental projects, Loon and Wing, into independent companies. Both are focused on developing drones. The former 'X' projects will remain part of the companies 'Other Bets', alongside the separate company Google.
