Altice attracts bids for sale of video ad subsidiary Teads – report

Altice Europe has received bids from several private equity funds after launching a formal sales process for its video ad subsidiary Teads, reports Bloomberg citing unnamed sources familiar with the matter. Cinven, Permira and Bridgepoint are reportedly among the potential buyers that have already made early-stage bids for the business, which could be valued in the region of EUR 1.0-1.6 billion.
