Altice attracts seven offers for Outremer Telecom - report

Seven candidates made offers to buy French operator SFR's Outremer Telecom mobile operations in Reunion and Mayotte by the deadline of 12 December, Les Echos reports. They include France's Free, Reunion group Oceinde, Caribbean operator Digicel, Madagascar's Telma, and investment funds. SFR's new owner, Altice, is said to be expecting around EUR 100 million from the sale, which was one of the French Competition Authority's conditions for the approval of Altice's acquisition of SFR.
