Altice CEO suggests interest in KPN

Altice CEO Dexter Goei said KPN is an interesting company, when asked about possible takeover targets in the Netherlands. He was speaking at an Altice event in Amsterdam to present the company's plans to move its headquarters to the Netherlands, Dutch paper Het Financieele Dagblad reported. According to Goei, Altice will become the fifth or sixth largest company in the Netherlands and it makes sense for the company also to develop activities on the Dutch market. Last month the Belgian paper L'Echo reported that Altice had considered a bid for KPN, but found the price too high. KPN CEO Eelco
