Altice, Cox sign up for NBC Olympics coverage

Altice USA, the new owner of cable operators Suddenlink and Cablevision, announced an agreement with NBCUniversal for multi-platform content from the upcoming Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Altice's Optimum and Suddenlink TV subscribers will have access to NBCUniversal's 6,755 hours of Olympic programming, including coverage of all competition sessions, on-demand. This includes coverage from the channels NBC, NBCSN, Golf Channel, Bravo, CNBC, MSNBC, USA Network, Telemundo, NBC Universo, and two linear sport-specific specialty channels, as well as the NBC Olympics websites and mobile
