Altice Europe to delist from Euronext Amsterdam next week

Friday 22 January 2021 | 09:38 CET | News
The last trading day of Altice Europe shares on Euronext Amsterdam will be 26 January, when Patrick Drahi's holding company Next will settle the offer of EUR 5.35 per share agreed with minority shareholders in December. After settlement is completed, Next will hold around 95 percent of listed shares and approximately 92 percent of the total share capital of Altice Europe. The move follows the decision not to extend the deal offer period, announced last week.
