Altice France and Free each score win in ongoing dispute over distribution fees

The battle between Altice France and Free over the distribution of three free-to-air TV channels has seen new developments with a ruling from a French court and a decision from broadcast authority CSA. Acting as a mediator in the dispute, the latter published as assessment in favour of Free at the end of July, in which it states that the Iliad subsidiary can refuse to distribute Altice's TV channels (BFM TV, RMC Decouverte, and RMC Story).
