Altice France close to selling SFR Presse to Cafeyn – report

Cafeyn, the digital magazine news-stand formerly known as LeKiosk, is on the brink of acquiring rival SFR Presse from Altice France, according to information gathered by Le Figaro. The deal is reportedly worth EUR 5 million and should also cover digital press publishing platform Milibris, acquired by Altice in 2017.
