Altice France promotes Rabuel to head SFR, Dreyfuss to lead media activities

Altice France CEO Alain Weill has created a new position for Gregory Rabuel, who has become the managing director of the group's telecom operations (SFR). He has been in charge of SFR's B2C and B2B segments since mid-2019 as executive VP.
