Altice Group writes to Portuguese PM criticising 5G auction rules, warns of strategy review

The shareholders of Altice Portugal, Patrick Drahi (president) and Armando Pereira, have written a letter to Portugal's Prime Minister to criticise the rules of the 5G auction, reports Lusa. They write that given the current regulatory panorama, they are forced to suspend their projects. The Altice Group claims that the regulator "has been carrying out a fierce and unprecedented persecution of the sector and, in particular, of Altice Portugal".
