Altice Portugal wants Parliament to force Anacom to self-assess

Altice Portugal wants Anacom to be obliged to assess the regulatory impacts of its measures, even proposing to Parliament a "legislative amendment" to that effect. So says a letter sent by Altice Portugal CEO Alexandre Fonseca to the president of the Parliamentary Committee on Economy, Antonio Topa, reports Economia Online.
