Altice is in talks to sell its mobile activities in La Reunion and Mayotte. The French group said it has entered into exclusive talks with the Hiridjee Group, the controlling shareholder of Telma, the leading telecom operator in Madagascar. Completion of the sale is subject to the approval of the French antitrust authority.
