Altice USA avoids Fox black-out with new carriage deal

Altice USA has secured a new deal to keep showing the Fox TV channels. Its previous agreement for the Suddenlink and Optimum cable networks had expired 01 October, and Fox had threatened a black-out for customers, meaning the loss of key sports events such as the NFL and baseball play-offs.
