Altice USA to merge debt at Cequel, Cablevision subsidiaries

Altice USA announced plans to integrate its debt at the subsidiaries Suddenlink (Cequel) and Optimum (Cablevision) under a single credit silo. The combination is expected to be neutral for the company's overall leverage and help simplify the business and financing going forward.
