Altitude completes acquisition deal for fibre assets owned by Covage

French operator Altitude Infra said that it has finalised the deal for the fibre assets owned by Covage, which was first announced in May. The sale was initiated by Altice venture Xp Fibre in order to receive regulatory approval for its acquisition of Covage. Alongside the fibre assets, 340 employees will move from Covage to Altitude Infra, including Covage executive Brice Messier.
