Amaysim appoints Greenhough as non-executive director

Australian operator Amaysim has appointed Rupert Greenhough as a non-executive director on its board, effective immediately. Greenhough's appointment fills the vacancy created by the resignation of Thorsten Kraemer in August 2019. In addition to his board responsibilities, Greenhough will also become a member of Amaysim's Audit and Risk Management Committee.
