Amaysim Australia shareholders vote in favor of mobile business sale to Optus

Amaysim Australia has concluded its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) with shareholders voting in favour of the sale of the company's mobile business to Optus. Amaysim also reports that its customers will continue to receive their plan benefits from amaysim with Optus intending to keep the brand intact. The transaction is scheduled for completing on 1 February.
