Amazon, Lionsgate ink multi-year LatAm VoD deal

Amazon and entertainment company Lionsgate have signed an exclusive multi-year agreement under which Lionsgate will deliver a diverse line-up of Hollywood blockbusters to Amazon Prime Video customers across Mexico, Brazil and the rest of Latin America. The deal means Lionsgate and Summit Entertainment films will premiere on Amazon's subscription video-on-demand (SVOD) platform after their local theatrical release in the region.
